5. Orders, pricing & payment

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by us. We may decline or limit quantities, correct pricing or description errors, and cancel orders affected by such errors even after an order is placed. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping, handling, duties, and taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be received and verified before dispatch, except for approved account terms.

No oral or written information given by us creates any additional warranty.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifeforce Peptides and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the products or your use of this website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
