Ordering & accounts
Our products are sold to qualified buyers — researchers, laboratories, universities, and businesses — who are at least 21 years old and intend to use the materials strictly for laboratory and research purposes. We verify age at entry and reserve the right to request additional information for certain orders.
You can browse the catalog freely. To place an order or request a quote, we ask for basic contact and shipping details so we can prepare documentation and confirm eligibility. Institutional accounts with purchase-order terms are available — contact us to set one up.
Yes. Many catalog items are available in larger pack sizes, and we can arrange custom packaging and documentation for institutional orders. Use the "Enquire" button on a product or reach our technical team for a quote.
We accept major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and wire transfer. Approved institutional accounts may pay by purchase order on net terms. All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping.
Products, quality & documentation
Yes — every lot is released with a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis documenting the methods, specifications, and results. You can preview a specimen and look up a lot on our Certificates & Documentation page.
Depending on the material, identity and purity are confirmed by techniques such as HPLC, FT-IR, and mass spectrometry, with additional tests (e.g. water content, residual solvents) as applicable. Methods and acceptance criteria are stated on each certificate.
SDS documents are linked from each product page and from the document library. Always read the SDS before handling, storing, or disposing of any material.
Storage conditions are listed on each product page, the label, and the SDS. Many reference standards are stored refrigerated and desiccated; solvents are stored in a cool, ventilated area away from ignition sources. Follow the stated re-test or expiry date.
Compliance & intended use
It means our products are intended exclusively for laboratory research and analytical applications. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or supplements, are not for human or veterinary consumption, and must not be used in or as part of any diagnostic or therapeutic procedure. See our Terms & Conditions.
Confirming you are 21 or older and a qualified buyer is part of our compliance commitment. It helps ensure research materials reach appropriate users in appropriate settings. We may decline or cancel any order that appears inconsistent with legitimate research use.
Yes. Buyers are responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and institutional policies governing the purchase, import, handling, storage, use, and disposal of the materials they order.
Shipping & returns
In-stock items typically dispatch within 1–2 business days. Temperature-sensitive and hazardous-material items may ship on specific days to preserve stability and meet carrier requirements. Full detail is on our Shipping Policy page.
We ship across the United States and to select international destinations where permitted. International orders may require additional documentation and are subject to customs, duties, and local regulations. Contact us to confirm availability for your location.
Because these are sensitive research materials, most items cannot be returned once shipped. We promptly replace or refund products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. See our Refund Policy for eligibility and how to file a claim.
Keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund for verified damage. Details are on the Refund Policy page.
